Defiently not a high altitude issue at all. As we do not consider or handle altitudes at all. It's something else and it's something subtle. I have the feeling it might be a resolution issue as I see the problem much more often when zoomed in on the map. Meaning that my polygon span is under 1 degree. But that is not exactly it either. Did you see my example? Am I smoking something or should that SQL I posted return the point in my example? If that's the case then there is soemthing defiently going on with the DB.
Sorry I am new to this. What is MBR ?
