Re: Zip Code Proximity search - Examples

Most folks are looking for a Zip Code Proximity Search solution for doing location specific searches:
1) Starbucks within certain radius of specified location (1mile, 2 miles, 3 miles, etc)
2) Petrol Station within certain radius of specified location
3) Restaurant within certain radius of specified location
4) Retail Shop within certain radius of specified location
5) Doctor within certain radius of specified location

Some examples:
http://developer.ebay.com/roadmap/2004-Q4/spot
http://www.restaurantrow.com/rsearch_prox.cfm

Any other common examples?
