I'm also including the current primary key and other indexes I have on this table. The index that took over 28 minutes to create was `idx_ITTDetail_OriginalFileName`.
PRIMARY KEY (`ITDetailID`),
KEY `Firm` (`Firm`),
KEY `ANumber` (`ANumber`),
KEY `idx_ITTDetail` (`ANumber`,`Firm`),
KEY `idx_ITTDetail_OriginalFileName` (`OriginalFileName`)
ENGINE=MyISAM DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1;
