If this is not a process why its showing as process ?
Find the my.cnf file contents....
[mysqld]
innodb_log_buffer_size=40
innodb_flush_log_at_trx_commit=1
innodb_file_io_threads=4
max_binlog_size=2M
max_connections=500
log_bin=panacespri_binlog
binlog-do-db=panaces
server-id=1
