It might be related to FreeBSD environment. Yes it was installed from ports same way as in the link you mentioned.
I will try to make that suggested test for few hours over night when there are no users in the app, but still there are some periodic scripts running, so we may see something. I cannot test it during the day time as users are not able to work with the app which is extremely slow (with .34 or .35). Thank you.
