Check your my.cnf and ~/.my.cnf for a connectstring, maybe you changed it everywhere but there.
Did you restart the ndb_mgmd after you had changed the configuration file? If not, it will still have the old configuration, with the old IPs loaded. When the client is connecting to the mgmd, it will get all these old settings.
Otherwise, you may want to try restarting the ndb_mgmd (even just killing the process) and making sure the configuration is correct.
