SQL Node not showing all Databases

I just replaced a server that runs one of my Mysql server nodes. The new server is running CENTOS 7, whereas the previous one had CENTOS 6, but the Mysql Cluster version is the same (7.5.12). The new server is using the same my.cnf as the old one, but when I start myoqld, I can't see all of the NDBCluster databases. I can see ndbinfo and ndb_mgm shows the sql node connected. Even logging in as root does not show all of the databases. Two databases are missing and, unfortunately, those are the ones I need to use. Does anyone have any advice as to how to resolve this?

Thanks much@
