Presume you added nodes using ADD NODEGROUP. These nodes can be removed
if they haven't been used to store any tables using the DROP NODEGROUP
command. If tables have been added since they were created the nodes can
only be removed if all those tables are also removed. Nodes can only be
dropped if they contain no tables. Tables created before the ADD NODEGROUP
that haven't been REORGANIZEd are not affected by this, thus those tables
can remain.
