MySQL server on windowsCE or mysql replication client on windowsCE?

I guess there is no MySql for WindowsCE 4.1 or higher available.
I would like to setup or create a oneway replication slave for a MySql database server. I don't mind programming a little bit in Java. Is there any documented interface in MySQL so that I could programm a replication slave myself? Any other ideas how to get continously replicated data to a client running on WindowsCE? It should be robust enough to survive offline times and to catch up if slave is online again?
