Well, replication experience tells me keeping master-slave diffs minimal minimises replication errors, but with engines I may be mistaken, certainly
https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/replication-solutions-diffengines.html says so.
So, why do you need Mixed format, what is column 23 of that table, and what MySQL version, have you tried setting up a test replication instance with just these two tables in first Statement then Mixed formats?
