start replica encounter Slave_SQL_Running NO with MY-013117 (null)

we are upgrading a pair of multi-Master replication of MySQL instances from 5.7.39 to 8.0.33
OS is migrated from redhat 7 to redhat 8 as well


After upgrade, insert update delete are OK

But when we start replica, encounter below error. Same error when start replica in another DB instance

Since the error message is (null) we do not know what is the exact issue. Kindly suggest the next step to troubleshoot this problem.
