Master-Master MySQL DB Replication

Hello, I am having two nodes of Zabbix which are in pacemaker cluster having resources for virtual IP address, Zabbix server and for front end. In both the nodes, we have MySQL server installed. And we have master-master DB replication established between the MySQL server components present in the two nodes of Zabbix. The approach which I followed to establish the replication is, did some configuration in the mysql server configuration file, ran the sql query "change master to" and provided the master_host, master_user, master_password, master_log_file and master_log_pos values. and started the slaves in both the zabbix nodes.

The issue which I am facing is once after failover switch occurs, at that time I am seeing some deleted data's are appearing as a fresh data with new timestamp in the Zabbix MySQL DB tables (problem, history_text and events table etc,.) of Zabbix nodes.

So any inputs to resolve this kind of issue will be more appreciable. Thanks.
