How to read and save update,general and slow log file

I developt a webbase system using .net and for database i`m using Mysql.
But i`m having problem on when i want to view the update log,general log and the slow log file.
I`m using MySql administrator to view the file, for error log log seem to be fine but for update log i cant view.
And i want to backup and save the log for audit tracking purpose.
For your info I`m a .net programmer and is there anyway i can read this log files using a customised software i mean can i developt a system to read this files???
