That's what I've been doing, but the output of mysqldump isn't really meant to be diffed in this way so it results in lots spurious diffs that I have to exclude manually (I suppose I could script most of this). Also this doesn't produce the migration SQL to get from A to B the way mysqldiff does, which would be nice.
