As the error output says ...

/usr/sbin/mysqld: Table 'mysql.plugin' doesn't exist
141201 16:34:34 [ERROR] Can't open the mysql.plugin table. Please run mysql_upgrade to create it.

To do that, you'll likely need to run the server with the --skip-grant-tables option.
