Normal shutdown at 691231 19:00:00

Hi all,
I recently experienced a random shutdown of mysql server and the timestamp is at 691231 19:00:00. I couldn't find any reason or any trace why it shut itself down. Anyone with an insight to this? I am running mysql 5.5 on Solaris 10.
