Thank you for your reply. As I am just a user of this commercial tool, I don't have access to the code, so I can't provide you with a test case. I have filed a support ticket with this company, and added a link to this thread.
I hope that their engineer will be touch to follow up on this. It would be really nice to have this issue resolved.
