We are using a shared hosting environment. Thus I was not able to execute the second statement list. The first created as a result:
engine data indexes total
MyISAM 93.13 GB 17.06 GB 110.19 GB
MEMORY 0.39 GB 0.03 GB 0.42 GB
TOTALS 93.52 GB 17.09 GB 110.62 GB

But the table with the to do list is very small - 480 MB / 2.5 mill. rows

MySQL-Client-Version: 5.5.60
Server Version: 5.6.37-82.2-log

I think, it's a Debian OS. I don't have access to the OS. We have the Supreme product as defined at https://www.hosteurope.de/en/Web-Hosting/Comparison/

Regarding memory etc. we don't have a dedicated RAM available. But our provider inforemed us, that we use at max. 20 GB of RAM. But that is probably over the weekends, when we do some long SQL chains.

I talked to the colleague, who created the app. He will have some results by Wednesday, he said.
