Reggie is correct. I have a near complete CRM/Invoicing application which relys on LAST_INSERT_ID() and uses unsigned ints in all 27 tables. Even with 1.0.7, I didn't have this problem.

VB.Net 2005
MySql 5.0.22
Connector/Net 5.0.0
XP Pro SP2 (Client)
XP Pro SP2 (Server on local network)

Also works on:
MySql 5.0.24
Cent-OS 3.4 Linux (Remote Server)
Everything else the same
