character set problem

Hello all..
I need to set-up Turkish character set for the database.
.NET connector doesn't save the Turkish characters correctly.
But when I use ODBC connector, it doesn't have any problem.
I setup the DataSet's locale settings as below, but nothing is changed..
My_DataSet.Locale=new System.Globalization.CultureInfo("tr-TR");
I use C# windows and ASP.net
Any ideas? please help...
