Problems with codepages on old servers (3.23.58)
We used for php-coding mysql-server v3.23.58-9 on Fedora.
When i tried to use Connector-NET with this server, all works ok, except translating
of characters from char, varchar, text fields.
I know this is only 'old' versions of server issue, but v3.x used very often.
So, i tried to modify sources for having extra-parameter in Connections string - codepage for developers can set which codepage he use on this connection.
This solve all my current problems, except one - when you will have new version of Connector, i will need to modify code again.
Is possible to send you changes for have this functionality in future versions?
