Thank for your help.

I am almost giving up. I try to get to MySQL using tools like HeidiSQL and still unable to connect. (It does not seems its a VS issue anymore)

I really do not understand why there was not a single issue when using windows 7 and as soon as I upgraded I am unable to connect.

Is there any kind of tool that allows me to select a port and open it???? (Even when I disable windows firewall and avast antivirus still does not connect)

Thanks for any help in advance.
