Hi Sachin,

Connector/NET 6.10.x isn't compatible with .NET Framework 4.5.1, you can check "Connector/Net Requirements for Related Products" table in the following link:

https://dev.mysql.com/doc/connector-net/en/connector-net-versions.html

Please upgrade .NET Framework and let me know if this works.
