Script to update standby database

Hi guru's
i have build a standby database which is recoverd by applying the logbackups.

this is done manually.
Does someone has a script to do this automaticly.

now i'm using start_recover log log 003
start_replace log F:\backup\log 004
etc..

is it possible to use 003 and 004 as a constant .

i'm running the database on win2003 version 7.5.0.32
