looks like there's a typo in the repository name -- should be uwinnipeg, not winnepeg -- that's what causing the problem with the repo add

i downloaded it as shown on my XP system once I fixed the typo, and it seems to fix the perl mysql "select...where..." problem - on first run, some functions seem to be running more slowing on my machine - i'll check to see if that's a related problem, but just having it basically work is a really great thing.
