Hi Naveen,
The first thing to do is to make sure that the password that you are using is valid. Are you able to get to a MySQL client command line in a terminal window?
Can you let us know execatly what the error message and number is, as that may help. The fact that the password is encrypted shouldn't necessarily cause a problem.
