php front-end to mySql
Hi,
is there a free PHP front-end library to mySql? I need something that doesn't need to be installed (my hosting provider wouldn't allow me to install new applications) and will allow:
1. the owner of the site to browse, search and add or delete rows from the database through form(s)
2. its customers to have access to their data
