Thank you for responding.
I apologise I am not able to explain fully what I need, I really am a fresh newbie. If I can paste the screengrab below This is what I mean by the returned records. The actual records returned to the webpage. When I get this page I want to add a text box so I can add the appropriate tracking code to the record returned into the database. So in the web page page an empty text box would be at the end of the record to the right and give me the ability to update the database record with the tracking number that I would type in manually.
I apologise if that isnt making sense. Maybe I will have to go away and
