Hi!

I have no idea how to use Heidisql to load adventureworks, but I recommendate you use MySQL Workbench for that task. Here is guide that describe that process: http://mysqlworkbench.org/2012/07/migrating-from-ms-sql-server-to-mysql-using-workbench-migration-wizard/
