what do you mean exactly, do you want to initially migrate part of the schema and data from Oracle to MySQL?

Or do you want a periodical refresh of MYSQL with new Oracle data?

For the former, you can use numerous tools, including the MySQL Migration Toolkit.

Beware that the Migration Toolkit currently only works on windows.
