How large is your data in Oracle? If you have large tables, then it will be not easy to move data from Oracle to MySQL since you need to extract Oracle tables into flat text files. If this is a case for you then You may want to migrate data from Oracle to MySQL using WisdomForce FastReader (http://www.wisdomforce.com). Very fast tool that supports various platforms
