We have used Fastreader from Wisdomforce for our large installation
Fastreader extracting data from Oracle into flat files with speed about 4.5 GB/minute from our HPUX 8 CPUs. It can unload single table in parallel as well
So you should look may be to extract your 25 GB materialized views in 5-7 minute each, may be less depending on storage that you are using. Just make sure to unload data using direct method in fastreader to achieve such speed
I heard some people who use fastreader extracting data into pipe and then read output immediately as is available. This can reduce the import time too.
