Thanks for reply. I was aware of this article, and using this guide I managed to do it but only once I saved Access db as an *.mdb version (plus some other fine tuning which I can't remember after so many attempts).
However, I've yet to achieve it with Access *.accdb versions?! If I refer to the "ODBC Drivers" section of the blog link I do not have a *.mdb & '.accdb driver option. Only an *.mdb driver version. Anyway, was able to get a solution which is main thing, but its bugging me as to why I can't easily obtain or install an updated access driver, nor why an Access 2013 driver wasn't installed when I purchased the software.
