We now discovered what causing the #DELETED rows when viewing linked MySQL tables in MS Access. It seems that MyODBC can't properly handle records with FLOAT or DOUBLE fields which are part or defined AS PRIMARY KEY.

That's the reason why, when we remove the key definitions of the 'problematic' tables the #DELETED rows disappeared.

Hope we can find the solution from here.
