I'd be happy to Lars, but I'm doing it all manually: recreating all 32 tables by hand and then building all the forms in HTML and such.

I'm doing it by hand because we've decided that there's quite a few things we probably don't need any more. Our guess is the original programmer (who is now deceased) included as much as he could think of on the chance that some or all of it would be needed.

I'm new to MySQL and I only know a little more about MS Access. If there's a piece of software for migrating from one to the other, I don't know about it, but I'd be happy to share my experiences. Expect a good 6 months before I'm done, though.
