Can't connect to [server] MySQL server

Bonjour,
Depuis quelques temps, j'ai une erreur qui apparaît de façon aléatoire (voir le sujet), j'ai fait des recherches sur le site, j'ai trouvé ce lien:

Mais ça ne résout pas mon problème :/
En fait, mon application essaie de se connecter à une base sur un autre serveur, parfois ça marche très bien et parfois, j'ai l'erreur...
Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà eu le problème? et surtout, a-t-il su le résoudre!!??
