Très bonne suggestion, désolé de ne pas y avoir pensé plus tôt.
Voici le lien (http://photos.thebaroudeur.net/displayimage.php?album=5&pos=0) direct vers une capture d'écran de la base sur laquelle je travaille. A mon niveau elle me semblait être correcte, mais lorsque que je la transfert dans le serveur la table TB_LIENS n'est pas exportée.

Version Mysql : 5.1.36 via un serveur Wamp2.0

Complément d'information:
voici le log du résultat du transfert dont je ne trouve pas la signification de l'erreur:
