Das in /var/log/mysql nichts zu finden ist ist seltsam.

Gehören der gesamte Inhalt von /var/lib/mysql und /var/log/mysql dem User und der Gruppe "mysql"? Evtl. liegt hier einfach ein Problem mit den Zugriffsrechten vor?
