Ayuda con consulta

Tengo la siguiente tabla:

|NOMBRE |NUMERO | PAIS |
-----------------------------
| JUAN | | MEXICO |
| PEDRO | 456 | MEXICO |
| JUAN | 123 | MEXICO |
-----------------------------

Cuando hago un select y group by nombre me regresa:

|NOMBRE |NUMERO| PAIS |
-------------------------
| JUAN | | MEXICO |
| PEDRO | 456 | MEXICO |
-------------------------

¿cómo puedo hacer para que me regrese el "JUAN" con numero "123" ?
