5.1 Clustered row sizes

I am currently running 5.0 clustered environment. I am interested to know when 5.1 will be realesed and exactly what the changes to the table row size limits are in 5.1 versus 5.0.
We tried to cluster (NDB) all of our tables and found that there were a few that had row sizes to big for the NDB cluster. I believe the 5.0 max size is 8Kb (not inlcuding blobs). Any documentation would be great! Thank you.
