Need an architecture advice.

Hello there,

I have to design the architecture to support around 50 million rows of data, the data wont be updated once it is there. I was planning to go with the MEMORY engine that mysql is providing. The record size is about 500 bytes, I am worrying about mysql performance with this huge data size. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Thank you,
