MySQL Query Browser Composer & Advance Toolbar

Using:
- MySQL Query Browser v1.1.10
- MySQL Server 4.1.12a
- Windows XP
When installing a fresh install of MySQL Query Browser the Composer and Advance Toolbars do not show in the program at all. I have tried going to Tools -> Options to disabled and enabled "Show composer buttons toolbar" and "Show advanced toolbars". Doing this and uninstalling/reinstalling has not fixed this issue for me.
Any help/suggestions are appreciated.
