Eh? The tool used to create the tables is irrelevant. Please forget PHP and HTML long enough to show what is returned by SHOW CREATE TABLE for each table relevant to the problem, along with INSERT statements showing actual data (not PHP variables whose values only you know!).

If MyPHP cannot do this, use mysqldump to do it. If that is unavailable, use 'Export' in phpMyAdmin or Toad for MySQL or HeidiSQL. If none of that is available, your development environment is seriously hampering you and you need to fix that before doing anything else.
