Rick, telling me that would not have solved the problem. I don't get SQL because I don't think in abstract terms. However, when some kind soul presents me with a solution that I understand how to implement, that is sufficient.

I'm saying this because I tend to look for quick fixes rather than an explanation that would utterly confuse me because I'm not a programmer. You may find that other people who come here do so with the same intent: they don't want to understand it at a programmer's level, they want a solution that makes their database work.

I hope you find this comment helpful and don't think I'm being ungrateful. I realise you wanted to help and thank you for responding to me.
