sorry for the delay but the whole #gui team is working hard on the MySQL Workbench. I just uploaded a new release 1.0.11 that ignores errors during the stored procedure and sequence reverse engineering process. This should solve the issue, because we do not migrate the SPs/sequences yet.
It will take a while till the mirrors catch the 1.0.11.
Please test this version and check if you still run into issues.
