MSSQL text fiels

Im using the latest migration too, sql 2k, mysql 4.1 and migrating a db that has text type fields that are changed to mysql longtext fields. However none of the data is carried over. I dont get any errors. All other tables and fields are fine except the two tables that have text->longtext conversions. Any ideas or suggestions please?
