Ok..
I have found the problem. When previous version was installed it did not remove the menu item from SetUP menu. And when new build was installed, I installed it at different location than previous one. And setup program detected that there is a link in StartUp and did not bother to update it or readd it. So my link was pointing to a wrong location. Interestingly unistall of previous version was not clean at all so it still had files left there. So clickin on bogus link did try to start but failed...
MySQL needs to make changes to their update or uninstall programe.
