Table 'mysql.servers' doesn't exist
Vista 32 bit, Mysql 5.1.16
Clean install - and every time I start the Mysql service i get the following error:
from the Mysql eventlog fil:
[ERROR] Fatal error: Can't open and lock privilege tables: Table 'mysql.servers' doesn't exist
In the eventlog, it turns up with the same text as an error, with event ID 100
I have been running Vista x64 for a couple months now, and didnt see this error on my x64 box. A couple days ago I installed Vista 32 bit (lack of 64bit drivers) and I nomatter how I install/reinstall I get the same errors.
Should there be a mysql.servers table? Could someone post the script here to create it if possible? I am new to MySQL so I don't know much about the system tables and such.
