Re: Problem installing MySQL server
The files are getting installed but the final configuration step fails. my.ini does not get created. There is no option but to abort the installation.
The logs say:
Beginning configuration step: Writing configuration file
Saving my.ini configuration file...
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Ended configuration step: Writing configuration file
