Grazie mille, penso di averlo trovato... Sembra peculiare per InnoDB, effettivamente...
Appena trovo un attimo provo ad applicare le patch.. Se è questo, dovrebbe essere risolto con mysql 5.1.40 e io ho 5.1.37...
